Triathlon Training can be overwhelming for anyone just starting out. There are so many things to learn and do, and it can be hard to know where to start. But it doesn't have to be that way! With the right coaching and support, you can easily get started on your triathlon journey.



Maybe you're still not sure if you want to commit to swim, bike, run just yet. That's okay! There are many ways to get involved in the sport without having to do all three disciplines right away. You could start by doing a 5K or 10K fun run, or by taking a cycling class. Once you've gotten a taste of what endurance sports are all about, you can start to think about taking on a triathlon.



Using the training philosophy and principles of 80/20 endurance training (check out my BLOG - 80/20 endurance basics), we will go slower together to get you faster toward achieving your goals. I believe that everyone has the potential to be a triathlete, and I'm here to help you unlock yours!

    Every month
    “Test the waters” with Transform Tri and see if we are a good fit for each other.
    Valid for 3 months
    • Perfect for first 5K, 10K or ½ marathon runner.
    • Perfect for your first sprint or Olympic distance triathlon.
    • Weekly training plan updates for your particular race.
    • A weekly review of your training outcomes.
    • Weekly adjustment as needed based on your feedback.

  • 6 Month Coaching Plan

    For the athlete committed to their first long course triathlon (Ironman 70.3 or full Ironman)
    • May be used for multiple races in a single season
    • Weekly training plan updates for your particular race
    • A weekly review of your training outcomes
    • Weekly adjustments based on your feedback/ outcomes
    • Daily email access, weekly access to me via text and phone
    • Individual athlete bi-weekly Zoom call/ "How's It Going?"
    • Monthly Transform Tri team Zoom calls
  • 1 Year Coaching Plan

    For the athlete who is committed to triathlon or endurance racing both during and off-season.
    • Weekly training plan updates for your race or races
    • Weekly reviews of your training outcomes
    • Review & adjust program based on your outcomes
    • Includes off-season training, fitness maintenance
    • Daily email access for questions
    • Weekly phone/text access
    • Bi-Weekly Zoom calls check-ins
